Papamoa - 60min Zenthai Shiatsu Session

Bodywork with JLo offers Zenthai Shiatsu, a nourishing blend of Thai Massage and assisted stretching, ZenShiatsu (Japanese bodywork) and Osteopathic Remediation techniques.

This restorative modality can reduce pain and inflammation and calm the nervous system to support the body's innate healing abilities when it feels deep rest and relaxation.

Zenthai Shiatsu is a fully clothed session, so please wear comfortable clothing to move around easily and covering the body as your body temperature will drop during the session, Ideally bring long tights/pants, t-shirt or long sleeved t-shirt and socks to wear for our session. There's a bathroom upstairs if you need to change.

If possible, we recommend making space after your session so that you aren't rushing to the next thing or something that's high intensity/stress.

To find us, we are located upstairs at Alliance Athletic. When you arrive, park on site on on the road and enter the building by going through the door to the LEFT of Burn Pilates. We are up the stairs, then the next door on the left after Te Ao Marama.

60min Personal Training Session: Mindset and Movement Coaching

Please note: First-time clients must book a free 15min discovery call before booking in a 60min session.

JLo is passionate about supporting people with connecting to their bodies as a Personal Trainer and Group Coach (CrossFit, Strength and Conditioning), through movement, mindset, play, connection and integration with the body's rhythms through nature.

We cover mindset as well as movement, when we are aware of our thoughts, words and habitual patterns we have a stronger opportunity and understanding to create lasting change.

Our vision is to guide YOU in exploring and integrating movements and practices that build strength, mobility, adaptability and fitness in all areas of life: physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically, to feel true health, vitality, love and freedom vs feeling stuck and stagnant just surviving life!

I can do home visits if you have a gym setup at home, there may be an additional fee for travel.

There are three different gym locations for the Personal Training (PT) sessions:
- ReDefined Well-being Hub Papamoa, free entry
- Mangōpare Papamoa (CrossFit Papamoa), free entry
- Studio18 Health Club Mount Maunganui, $15 entry plus PT session fee

Loved my Treatment with JLo. I have received this form of bodywork before but never in New Zealand. Its one of my favorite ways to calm and ground myself - and actually will gift this to my daughter, too. If you are after a meditative experience, I highly recommend JLo.

Thoughtful, intentional and safe. What a lovely restorative style of massage! JLo has created a wonderful space, and she will meet you where your body is at. It was nice to be stretched.
